Infusion Recruiting Solutions has 14 years of experience in talent acquisition of engineering and information technology candidates. We specialize in placing mid to director-level candidates in a variety of industries. Infusion has a proven track record of success placing candidates in manufacturing, oil and gas, medical device, defense, aerospace and telecommunications companies nationwide.

We are a boutique-style search firm with a reputation for delivering quality direct-hire and contract consultants. Our success is driven by our personal network of candidates and access to search tools and databases to find the best solutions for our clients.

We place contract, contract-to-hire and direct placement services. Each placement requires different search and interview techniques. We interview our clients extensively regarding the placement, in order refine our search. Once a group of resumes are selected, we provide our client a Candidate Profile and Skills Matrix of each candidate. From that point, we identify any potential candidates that need to be interviewed by the client, or refine our search and provide new candidates. We also provide referral verification and background checks on any proposed candidates.
